Founded in 2010, Studio TILT is an award-winning London based design and architecture practice with an international reputation for its unique codesign methodology.

Working across industries including Workplace, Healthcare, Government and Culture, our award winning and sustainable projects, informed by our codesign methodology, transform the way people interact with each other and the places around them.

Our process involves community building, deciphering complex project briefs, prototyping architecture to deliver sustainable, enabling spaces, working directly with clients to sustain the legacy of the work.

Our services include commercial interior design, creating bespoke furniture, consultancy, codesign workshops, workplace training, graphic design and brand development and communication.

Studio TILT’s transdisciplinary team includes expertise in interior architecture, graphic design, product innovation, psychology, workplace strategy and service design.




Oliver is a multi-platform designer and innovator. He is a pioneer of the coworking movement, and an expert on the relationship between space, collaboration, creativity and effective business models. He has been a part of the design and delivery of over 35 flexible offices worldwide. He is responsible for our unique codesign process, enabling space to create experience, community and identity. He is a visiting professor at IE Madrid and co-author of Codesigning Space and Spaces For Innovation.


Michelle Molyneux


Head of Operations

Michelle is a visual artist and passionate business leader with a proven track record of fiscal responsibility, strategic thinking and inspired employees. She studied philosophy, economics and politics and the history of architecture. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with leading creative and cultural organisations. Her career is marked by a particular commitment to enriching our cultural landscape through collaborative and inclusive initiatives. She is Chair, Disability Arts Online and a collaborative-work advisor in the creative sector.


Lena Schels


Spatial and Product Design, Furniture Sourcing.

Lena is an interior architect and product designer. She holds an MA in Product and Space Design at Kingston University. She has previously worked in London as an interior architect at studios such as SevilPeach and APA London, and at Forest London Ltd restoring mid-century furniture. She assists in Studio TILT’s spatial and industrial design project delivery.

Boo Wallin


Graphic Designer

Boo is a Graphic & Communication Designer, and a graduate of the Visual Communications programme at the Royal College of Art. At Studio TILT he focuses on communication design, from wayfinding to infographics, as well as visual identities and branding.


Marco Bencivenga



Marco holds an MA in Architecture at DiArc in Naples with a thesis developed in China arguing for the renewal of abandoned industrial sites in Wuxi, China. Fascinated by participatory processes and self-building, he has worked with developers, community groups, artists, government and social enterprises, to enliven disused spaces with inclusive design. He has achieved awards for some of his work, such as 1st Prize in “Ecoismi 2014” for a site specific installation designed and built in Borromeo Park, Milan; 1st prize in ‘72 HUA’ a competition to design, build, start up a urban project in 72 hours.

Natalie Sowa

Natalie Sowa


Natalie is a graphic designer and third-year student at Norwich University of the Arts. She also holds a BA in English Literature, and is an alumna of the Design Council’s Design Academy. Her current studies focus on editorial design and graphic communication. She assists design staff and studio management at Studio TILT.
