As part of our role on the Special Assistance Team we have been developing feasibility plans for two projects in London. An Impact Hub in Crouch End and development of the Catford Town Hall to accommodate coworking, cafe, artist spaces and events.
Both are forward thinking councils looking to regenerate currently non-used spaces in their portfolio. With this approach both spaces can be re-activated without the need for costly overhauls. We love projects like this, flexible agile architecture that can bring spaces to life quickly and cheaply to create new opportunities and community support. We hope the projects will develop, in the meantime a selection of site photographs.
